Reference: DUR002038-CW-1DUR002038– SHEQ MANAGER- KLOOF Purpose of the Job:To assist our business units in implementing, administering, and maintaining SHEQ (Safety, Health, Environmental, and Quality) policies and practices to ensure compliance with regulatory, company, contract, and project requirements.Required Qualifications ISM 9001/2000 or ISO implementation and maintenance courses. Auditing and legislation courses. Technical Competencies & Experience: Minimum 10 years in quality, safety, and health, specifically in the construction industry. Good working knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental legislation. Proficiency in all technical aspects of safety management. Comprehensive knowledge of Rumdel SHEQ system. Experience with MS Office and process flow. Manage the SHEQ site audit process effectively. Review and submit tenders accurately and professionally. Behavioural Competencies: Excellent communication skills – verbal & written. Excellent attention to detail. Multitasking skills. Good interpersonal skills. Problem-solving skills.
