Shift Manager - North West - Potchefstroom

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Poultry Shift Manager to join our clients team in the North West region. The Shift Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our poultry facility, ensuring that all production targets are met and that operational efficiency is maximized. Responsibilities: - Plan, organize, and execute daily production schedules in accordance with company standards and regulations - Manage and supervise a team of production workers, ensuring that all tasks are completed in a safe and efficient manner - Monitor and analyze production processes, identifying and implementing improvements to increase productivity and reduce waste - Conduct regular quality checks to ensure that all products meet company standards - Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies - Communicate with other managers and departments to coordinate activities and resolve any issues that may arise - Maintain accurate records of production data, including inventory levels, yields, and equipment maintenance - Develop and implement training programs for production staff to enhance their skills and performance Requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in a poultry production environment, with previous supervisory or management experience preferred - Strong knowledge of poultry processing and production techniques - Excellent organizational and leadership skills - Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office and production management software - Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move. • Salary: negotiable. • Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience. • Apply for this role today, contact Rebecca Grylls or Miné Roux at Hire Resolve or on LinkedIn • You can also visit the Hire Resolve website: hireresolve.us or email us your CV: manufacturinghireresolve.za.com We will contact you telephonically in 3 days should you be suitable for this vacancy.
