Quantum Foods has a career opportunity within its Nova Feeds Division for a Shift Supervisor II to join our dynamic team. This position will be based at our Feed milling plant in Pretoria North and report directly to the Production/Raw Material Manager. This position will primarily be responsible for a shift in the Raw material department. Ensure that the Raw Material received comply to the set requirements. Control all related Process and Product flows. Manage Subordinates and external service providers. Manage Raw Material stock levels. Comply to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 requirements. Assist management and peers to exceed performance requirements Valid training certificate/Matric. Knowledge of storage and stock management would be advantageous. Knowledge/experience of Feed industry, grains, minerals, roughage products, medicines and additives would be advantageous. No fear of heights or working on heights. Willing to work shifts. Microsoft package (MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Powerpoint etc). Communication skills and leadership qualities.
