Reference: NPr001154-PAM-1 My client is currently seeking a skilled Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join their team in Johannesburg. This pivotal role requires an individual with extensive experience in customs regulations, strong administrative capabilities, and a deep understanding of shipping procedures. The ideal candidate must be able to excel working independently and possess the ability to effectively communicate with international stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: Manage and coordinate shipping logistics operations, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and company policies. Facilitate the efficient movement of goods, overseeing the entire shipping process from order placement to delivery. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to shipments, ensuring completeness and compliance. Collaborate with international stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment of logistics activities. Utilise ERP systems to track shipments, manage inventory, and generate reports as required. Minimum Requirements: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role within the shipping and logistics industry. Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field would be an advantage. Proficiency in ERP systems and strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office. Demonstrated ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational and time management skills with a keen attention to detail.
