Description Shipping Internal Sales – Syspro Salary: R18 000 – R20 000CTC Location: Alberton Minimum Requirements Syspro proficiency Knowledge of Lifting equipment Knowledge of import/export/shipping Good administration skills Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role. Duties: Customer liaison in order to determine customer needs. Liaison with Product Managers, Technicians, Procurement, Stores and Buying Department Assist Sales team leaders / reps where applicable. Processing of sales transactions on SYSPRO for quotations, order acknowledgements, requisitions, and dispatch notes Expediting / maintenance of backorders SYSPRO reports, review / follow-up and maintain data. Completion of relevant documentation, import and clearing instructions. Completing export shipping documentation / export returns Arrange export collections with shipping agents.
