We are currently seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Shop Assistant to join our client's team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for fostering a positive and welcoming atmosphere within their establishment, ensuring excellent service to both their staff and customers. Job Responsibilities: Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage inquiries with professionalism and courtesy. Administrative Support: Perform various clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies to contribute to the smooth operation of the office. Customer Relationship Management: Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing exceptional service, addressing inquiries, and resolving concerns in a timely manner. Organisational Skills: Demonstrate strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently and prioritise workload effectively. Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with staff, customers, and clients. Computer Proficiency: Utilise computer applications and software to complete tasks accurately and efficiently. Requirements: Availability to work Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with rotational shifts on Saturdays and Sundays . One day off during the week if scheduled to work on Sunday. Fluency in both Afrikaans and English languages. Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor. Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure.
