Unique Personnel boasts over 50 years (established in 1970) of personnel and staffing experience, so it's not surprising that even though our main focus has been providing on South African Staffing Solutions, we now recruit internationally for over 5000 clients Duties and Responsibilities Administration/ serving and amendments of short-term commercial policies Liaise with clients, Insurers, and service providers Assist in reviewing policies at renewal stage Compiling quote comparisons Sound knowledge of how to read, retrieve and understand commercial insurance policy schedules and wording Register claims & liaise with assessors Load tasks and ensure continuously updated on internal CRM system Client service is essential Minimum Requirements Matric RE 5 Class of business Commercial and Personal lines FAIS credits (minimum in short-term insurance if the date of appointment is before 2010), full recognized qualification if the date of appointment is on or after 01/01/2010 Drivers license and own vehicle Experience Minimum 3 years’ experience within the short-term Insurance Commercial lines – Administration/ Servicing and Amendments/ Claims Skills Strong customer service skills Problem-solving Sound Knowledge of Short Term Insurance Commercial and Personal Lines Computer literate Excel, Word, Office proficient Apply Now
