Job Title: Short-Term Insurance and Wealth Advisor
Location: Oudtshoorn, George or Belville
(The role will involve a combination of office and remote work, depending on the candidate's location)
Salary: 50% commission per premium wrote for long term funeral products. Short term: 16,5% /2 of the premium = commission

Duties and responsibilities:
- Providing comprehensive financial planning.
- Offering expert advice on finance, retirement planning, investment, and financial advisory services.
- Provide expert advice on Non-Life insurance products
- Offer wealth management solutions (e.g., investments, retirement planning, and estate planning).
- Conduct risk assessments and needs analyses to determine clients' insurance and wealth needs.
Non- negotiable qualifications and experience required:
- Relevant qualifications in Insurance, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in Non-Life insurance and wealth management.
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, wealth management solutions, and financial planning principles.
- Have a thorough understanding of the Financial Advisory and Intermediary Services (FAIS) Act and Financial Intelligence Centre Act (FICA).
- Regulatory examination successfully completed and registered with Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA) for more than 24 months.
- Excellent knowledge of financial planning principles and investment strategies.
- CFP or Post diploma in Financial Planning advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with clients.
- Passionate about providing the best financial services and advice to clients.
- Ability to maintain and develop relationships with clients and communicate complex financial advice.
- Minimum of 3-5 years DOFA and supervision completion.
