What We're Looking For: Matric Certificate: It's a must-have Clear Criminal Record: We're all about trust and integrity. Qualification Depending on DOFA: You must have the relevant qualifications. Experience: Minimum of 2 years in Sales contact center experience. Your Responsibilities: Generating New Sales: You'll be the driving force behind generating new sales from leads provided and referrals. Insurance Products: Our insurance product range includes short-term insurance policies. You'll be the expert in offering these policies to our clients. Achieving Targets: You'll be responsible for achieving targets set out based on the relevant campaign. Conducting Needs Analysis: Understand our clients' needs and offer them the best solutions. Following Up: Timely follow-up on all scheduled callbacks and actions. Adhering to Guidelines: Ensure adherence to legislative requirements and quality assurance guidelines. Optimizing Leads Usage: Ensure leads usage is of optimum standard to maximize positive performance.
