As a Site Engineer, you will manage the site maintenance team, mentor staff, and ensure optimal performance. Responsibilities include overseeing site assets, ensuring ISO 9001 compliance, and maintaining plant assets for optimal OEE. You will develop engineering systems, manage contractor performance, and implement energy reduction initiatives. Additionally, you'll ensure compliance with engineering regulations, EHS standards, site security, and 5S housekeeping. You will lead continuous improvement, investigate incidents, correct EHS deviations, and promote a proactive safety culture. Proficiency in English, computer skills, and engineering knowledge, including electrical and instrumentation, is essential.

Job Experience and Skills Required:
- Minimum requirement: BEng/BSc/BTech in Mechanical Engineering Degree.
- Minimum 5 years experience in maintenance engineering experience in the chemical or glass or Petrochem industry
- Siemens Scada / PLC troubleshooting knowledge an advantage
