Site Manager - Durban
We currently have an opening for A Site Manager in the Pinetown area to oversee our Cleaning site.
Duties Include:
- Managing cleaning staff, ensuring timekeeping and attendance.
- Disciplining staff.
- Client liason.
- Ensuring we adhere to the SLA for the sites.
- Strong communication
- Ability to work under pressure
- Management of unskilled labour
- Reliable
- Honest
Required Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years experience in retail management or related.
- Previoubcleaning management exprience is advantageous.
- Valid drivers license and own vehicle.
- Traceable references.
