Our company within the Temporary Employment Services industry is looking for a passionate and reliable Site Supervisor. The successful incumbent's duties would include but would not be limited to the below: Workforce Management Service Delivery Consistent discipline of workforce and Administration thereof Assist in training of new employees Manage of workforce attendance Meet the staff requirements Manage the workforce to the client's satisfaction and expectation Leave administration of workforce Report to management daily before the end of the shift Management of all driver's licences and PRDP's Management of all forklift licences and certificates Staff Data Management Process Maintenance Minimum of at least 3 years' experience in a similar role with the core focus of managing of at least 20 employees Grade 12 or any qualification equivalent thereto Relevant computer software and skills (Windows, Excel, Word and Outlook) Familiar with the fresh produce operations Labour Legislation
