A well established boutique law firm located in Johannesburg North. This position is based in the Germiston branch.
Job DescriptionWe have a vacancy available in the Germiston branch for a Junior Attorney with at least 3 years experience post admission and with right of appearance in the Magistrates Court and High Court.
The job requirements are as follows:
- Extensive knowledge and understanding of the National Credit Act
- General Civil, Commercial Litigation, Magistrates Court and High Court
- Municipal Litigation Understanding of legal processes from section 129, summons, default judgment and warrant of execution.
- Knowledge and experience in the Municipal Debt Legal Recoveries work
- Legal Degree.
- Admitted Attorney with right of appearance in High Court.
The successful candidate must be an:
- Admitted junior legal practitioner with 3 years post admission.
- Computer literate and must be able to work well under pressure.
- Appreciation of the milestones and service level agreement requirements.
- Hard working, reliable and ability to work independently.
Company contribution towards Provident Fund.
