P lanning directs and oversees the activities of employees engaged in the construction, installation, and repair of structures and fixtures . Enforces a strong focus on quality and safety standards. Coordinating construction work according to priorities and plans Producing schedules and monitoring attendance of crew Qualification, diploma, degree relevant to the position In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, equipment, and OSH guidelines Must have previous experience working on 5 or more projects all above R10 million ( Commercial building, Housing, Fabrics, shopping malls) Fluent in English & Afrikaans (Read, Speak, Write) Valid driver's license and own a reliable vehicle Must be willing to travel to sights / regular sleepouts R30 000 – R45 000/CTC pm (Negotiable, according to experience)
