Responsibilities: The Senior Project Manager will have the overall responsibility for the successful initiation, planning, design, execution, monitoring, controlling and closure of projects. This position is responsible for multiple projects at the same time and needs to prioritise them. Lead a team of Project Managers and assistants. This Senior Electrical Project Managers will be responsible for planning, oversee and direct large, commercial electrical projects. Create a budget for each electrical project. Monitor the budget, resources, and all project progress. Review all project specifications, contracts and cost estimates. Requirements: NQF Level 6 Qualification in Built Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technician, Quantity Surveying Code EB Driver's License Registered with SACPCMP as a Pr CPM, or Pr Eng, or Pr Tech (Compulsory) Pr Eng; Pr Tech Eng; Pr Techni Eng; etc. (Engineer, Technologist, Technician) 10 years in a project manager role in the Built environment
