SNR Regional Project Manager Cape Town Snr Project Manager Requirements: Ø NQF 6 in Project Management in the built environment is required. Ø In the absence of relevant qualifications, experience in the relevant field and at the relevant level will be considered. Ø 3- 5 years in project management of built environment projects is required. Ø Experience in fire protection environment is preferred. Ø Head of department – is clearly looking for someone who has experience in their industry (Fire Sprinkler System Installation) but second to this would be from the wet services or HVAC industry – Construction background (strictly no candidates from residential building industry) Competencies: Ø Planning and organising Ø Budgeting Ø Project management Ø Contract management. Ø Written communication Ø Risk management. Ø Quality management Ø Service provider management.
