Snr: Sales Development Consultant - Nelspruit
We are in the process of recruiting long-term insurance salespeople for an awesome 1-year development program. You would be joining one of the TOP insurance firms in Mpumalanga (Kwaggafontein, Middleburg, Ermelo, and Nelspruit). NB The minimum requirements are not negotiable Responsibilities: Min objective sells 120 policies a month, at the same time recruiting, developing, training representatives, and achieving even exceeding set targets. Increasing policy sales Recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing reps Commission calculations Drive compliance Pushing reps to reach their targets Drafting sales reports Performance management of staff Ability to go over and above 120 policies monthly to qualify for commission Minimum Requirements are not NEGOTIABLE Matric MS Office proficient Full FSCA qualification RE 1 and RE 5 certificates obtained Valid DOFA CPD points (long-term insurance, investment) COB - Class of business - (long-term insurance, investment) - plus point No less than 2 years experience in a Sales role within a long-term insurance company Experience in Category A, B1, B2, C, and retail benefits Tier 1 and Tier 2 product exposure Target driven Relationship building skills Leadership ability Must reside within the Mpumalanga Excellent track record - sales Clear ITC (credit), Crim, Fraud Contactable references
