Minimum Requirements Diploma or Bachelors in Marketing, Communications or any related field will be beneficial. Needs to be able to speak and ubderstands Urdu/Bengali/Hindu Duties and Responsibilities The coordinator will effectively manage and optimise brand presence across social media platforms through content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking. The coordinator will engage with customers online, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally to foster positive relationships and satisfaction The coordinator will monitor social media for potential crises, implement rapid response protocols, and mitigate damage to the brand's reputation through transparent and effective communication strategies.
