Our client, a UK company in the marketing industry, is looking for a Social Media Manager to join their team remotely from South Africa.
Overall Job Description
As a Social Media Manager, you'll manage our client’s online presence by developing and implementing their social media strategy. You will lead campaigns and projects across a range of social media channels, producing engaging content, analysing usage data, building audience relationships, and facilitating customer service. You will be required to create posts, photos, videos, reels, blogs, memes, and paid adverts.
Responsibilities and duties:
This list is not exhaustive, however, as a Social Media Manager, you'll typically need to:
- design and deliver creative and engaging social media strategies
- manage the day-to-day handling of all social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, Snapchat, Tumblr and YouTube, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences
