Coding is primarily done on the low-code platform Zoho for rapid, cost-effective development. As an Operations Software Developer, you will leverage your operational, commercial, and technical skills to address credit challenges by collaborating with in-country teams and the merchant network to develop effective credit solutions. Your responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining robust credit systems, managing the teams that use them, and enabling operational excellence to achieve company objectives in serving customers. This role calls for commitment to exceptional credit systems and projects through data analysis and people management, rigorous and structured thinking and a desire to learn the necessary technical, business, finance, and operational skills.
