Overview : We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our IT team as a First-Level Support Technician and Software Developer. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong interest in IT and software development to gain valuable experience and training in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. As a First-Level Support Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our employees and customers. You will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, install and configure new software and hardware, and provide training and assistance to users. As a Software Developer will have the opportunity to work on a variety of software development projects. You will learn about the software development lifecycle, and you will gain experience in coding, testing, and debugging. Provide technical support to our employees and customers. Qualifications: IT related Degree/ Diploma Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Windows and Office Suite. Good knowledge of networking and hardware. Experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving. Software Development Skills: Good understanding of programming concepts. Experience with at least one programming language, such as Java, Python, or C#, Node Red or JavaScript will be preferred. PLC programming knowledge would be a plus. Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to learn new things and take on new challenges. R19 500 - R23 500 CTC Per Month
