Depot Connexion is looking for a Software Implementation Specialist to focus on deploying software solutions within our client organistions. We are searching for someone who possess a strong understanding of software development and database management, enabling them to customize software according to client needs. Assessing client needs and requirements to ensure successful implementation of products or services Customizing and configuring systems or services to align with client specifications and business goals Managing project timelines, resources, and budgets to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery Providing training and support to client teams to facilitate effective use of new systems or services Collaborating with sales, support, and technical teams to coordinate implementation activities Monitoring and troubleshooting any issues that arise during the implementation process Documenting processes and creating materials to support the implementation and future reference Conducting post-implementation evaluations to assess the success and identify areas for improvement Maintaining clear and effective communication with clients throughout the implementation phase Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations during the setup and integration Staying updated with product developments and updates to provide ongoing value to clients Acting as a liaison between the client and the company to address feedback and foster continuous improvement Bachelors in Industrial Engineering / Bachelor of Science in Information Technology 5 years of direct involvement in the Transportation, Logistics, and/or Supply Chain Industries 5 years of customer-facing experience in one or more of the following: Supply chain/logistics technology, or Software systems delivery Ability to lead large groups of people to meet critical goals Ability to proactively identify and communicate risks and opportunities Ability to lead process mapping, whiteboard sessions on workflows for implementations, create current and future state flows Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously Ability to adapt quickly to changing needs/timelines Proven presentation or training experience Ability to travel up to 20% Market Related
