Currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Solar Installer to join the team. Key Responsibilities: Install, maintain, and service solar PV systems, including panels, inverters, racking, and associated electrical components, following project specifications and industry best practices. Conduct site assessments and surveys to evaluate solar potential, shading, and structural considerations for optimal system design and performance. Perform electrical wiring and connections, ensuring compliance with electrical codes and safety standards. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other team members to coordinate project timelines, requirements, and deliverables. Troubleshoot system issues and perform diagnostic tests to identify and resolve technical problems in a timely manner. Provide training and support to clients on system operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting procedures. Complete and maintain accurate records of installation activities, including work orders, inspection reports, and warranty information. Stay informed about solar industry trends, technologies, and regulations, continuously improving your skills and knowledge. Qualifications: Previous experience as a solar installer or electrician, with a strong understanding of solar PV systems and components. Valid driver's license and own car required. Proficiency in solar installation techniques, tools, and equipment. Knowledge of electrical wiring and connections, with the ability to interpret electrical diagrams and specifications. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Compliance with safety regulations and protocols. Highly Negotiable
