Description RPO Recruitment is currently seeking a passionate and driven Solar Sales Representative to join our client's team. Our client, a leading renewable energy company, specializes in solar solutions for residential and commercial customers. As a Solar Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting the benefits of solar energy to potential customers. If you are enthusiastic about renewable energy and have a strong sales background, we want to hear from you Responsibilities: Prospect and generate leads for solar energy solutions Conduct consultations and educate customers on the benefits of solar energy Prepare and present customized solar energy proposals to potential customers Negotiate and close sales agreements with customers Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Stay updated on industry trends and developments in solar energy Requirements Proven experience in sales, preferably in the solar energy industry Passion for renewable energy and sustainability Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients Excellent negotiation and closing skills Self-motivated and target-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as required High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree is a plus Benefits Salary: negotiable Family Leave (Maternity, Paternity) Training and Development Paid Time Off (PTO) (if applicable) Contact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
