REPORT TO: Salon Owner
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS
- Monday to Friday 08:00 - 18:00 (9-hour shift)
- Saturdays & Select Public Holidays08:00 - 16:00
- CLOSED on Sundays
SALARY & COMPANY BENEFITS:
- R8,000 - R10,000 Basic Salary per month (Based on Experience / Based on Skills)
- Services Commission for any services performed by you
- Retail Commission
- Discretionary incentives
QUALIFICATIONS & MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
- Matric
- National Diploma Somatology / Health & Skin Care Diploma - minimum requirement (2-year diploma)
- ITEC / CIDESCO accredited
- BONUS - Advanced Diploma or Dermal Aesthetics
- Beautifully groomed and highly presentable
- English & Afrikaans confident
SKILLS | EXPERIENCE & ABILITIES:
- Skilled and confident to perform all standard Somatology services (Skin Care, Body Care & Grooming)
- At least 2 years experience working in a salon or aesthetic clinic
- Laser therapies / IPL - bonus
- Chemical Peels / Advanced Facials with resurfacing agents - bonus
- Slimming Therapies / Endermologie - bonus
- Cruise Ship experience beneficial
