The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day to day running of the kitchen, managing kitchen staff, menu planning, food preparation, and ensuring high quality and standards of food presentation. The Sous Chef will also be responsible for maintaining hygiene, health, and safety standards in the kitchen.
