Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum of at least 2-3 years of previous experience as a CDP in a luxury lodge environment
- Previous experience working in a Plant-based kitchen would be highly beneficial
- Passionate about creating and serving exceptional Plant-based meals
- Knowledge about flavors, plating, and trying new recipes
- Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
- Communicate well with staff and guests alike
- Must be punctual and self-disciplined
- Must have excellent attention to detail
- Must be eager to grow their career
This position is for a Brand New lodge that will be opening soon - the ideal candidate for this position would be plant-based as the lodge will be focusing on holistic wellness, and serving plant-based meals.
