Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of at least 2-3 years of previous experience as a CDP in a luxury lodge environment
  • Previous experience working in a Plant-based kitchen would be highly beneficial
  • Passionate about creating and serving exceptional Plant-based meals
  • Knowledge about flavors, plating, and trying new recipes
  • Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team
  • Communicate well with staff and guests alike
  • Must be punctual and self-disciplined
  • Must have excellent attention to detail
  • Must be eager to grow their career
