Requirements:3 years of experience as a Sous Chef
Matric
Formal degree/diploma
Experience running functions up to 250 pax at a high level
Food Portfolio must be attached to your application
Job Duties:
Assist with the management of the kitchen together with the executive chef
Maintain and implement hygiene standards
Assist with stock-taking
Create and maintain recipes
Training of Staff
Salary: R 18 000
