Our client is a hotel, conference, wedding venue and spa based in Muldersdrift and they are looking for a Sous Chef to join their team. Please note that this is a LIVE OUT position. • Be creative and create exceptional food • Cost and stock control • Menu planning and costing • Ordering, receiving and storing stock • Invoice control • Management of the kitchen – disciplinary procedures, health and safety, fir emergency procedures, etc 5 Years' experience in a 3 / 4-star lodge or hotel that caters to the majority conference and banqueting events Must have predominantly restaurant environment experience Must be familiar with will all aspects of the management of the kitchen Must have good leadership skills Must have good communication skills and fluent in English Must be able to train and guide staff in all aspects of the kitchen Innovative and honest with sober habits Take initiative and work independently Must have a valid driver's license own transport
