SENIOR PERSONNEL PRACTITIONER: HUMAN RESOURCE DEVELOPMENT LIEUTENANT) (POLICE SERVICE ACT): SALARY BAND C: REF NO.( DPCI/24/2015) CORE FUNCTIONS: Implement and co-ordinate Skills Development Facilitation; Implement and administer Education, Training and Development provisioning and related matters; To co-ordinate the Education, Training and Development workplace skills plan as well as addressing training and development needs of an individual or the section through human resource needs; Administer the Education, Training and Development committee process; Compile and implement the Education,. Training and Development Workplace Skills Plan and compile training reports;Co-ordinate external training interventions; Develop a database on external providersRegister and maintain courses on the Training Administration System (TAS). GENERAL: Only the official application form which will be available at all DPCI:HRM Offices within the Province will be accepted.
