Spa Manager Location: Lagoon Beach, Milnerton, Western Cape Salary: R 18 000; commission and performance incentives Duties: Stock Control, Stock Take, Ordering of stock to keep levels at operational level Facilities and maintenance management Manage spa day to day operations Manage and motivate spa staff Ensure guest experience is at a 5 star level Ensure SOP are adhered to Staff schedule/rostering Thorough knowledge in spa treatments and services Requirements: Beauty Diploma preferably CIDESCO, SAAHSP and/or ITEC Minimum 2 years in a Spa Management role Microsoft Proficiency, especially Excel ESP experience an advantage Mature and responsible Passionate and target driven Well-groomed to present the brand Strong verbal and written communication Own reliable transport Strong leadership skills Flexible and available to work late shifts.
