Candidate Requirements:

Minimum of at least 3 years of previous spa management experience
Potential for growth in the company in the future
Must have excellent administration, and leadership skills to drive the team forward
Training experience (advantage)
Must be familiar with budgets of the spa, monthly reports, all stock and expenditures
Must be familiar with store window displays and standards of a franchise (advantage)
Must have excellent selling skills, and experience curating great customer experiences
Must know the wellness industry not just beauty therapy
