REPORTS to: Spa Manager / Director
TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS:
- Tuesday to Sunday 09:00 - 18:00
- Closed on Mondays + additional days off in the week (based on roster & operational requirements)
PACKAGE POTENTIAL & COMPANY BENEFITS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Somatology / Health & Skin Care / Cosmetology Diploma
- Minimum of 2-years Diploma
- ITEC / CIDESCO / CIBTAC / City & Guilds / SAAHSP or similar internationally accredited qualification
- BONUS - Nail Technology certified
EXPERIENCE & ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
- Must have reliable transport to the Spa
- Able to work independently on your own with minimal supervision
- Confident all-rounder professional focusing on Health, Skin Care, Body Care and Wellness
- Confidently prescribe alternative treatments and relevant home care
- Must be familiar with all treatment protocols and products
- Be responsible for ensuring that all treatments are up to our high standard of service excellence
- Confident and skilled in the following services:
- Facials & Skin Care
- Body Therapies including Body Massage (Swedish, DT, Hot Stone, Pregnancy etc.)
- Manicures & Pedicures with Gel Application
- Beautifying services including Tinting
- Waxing
- Nail Technology
