We are looking for a qualified Spa Therapist to manage and provide professional and engaging wellness therapies and massage treatments to our clients. You will offer a full range of treatments to fulfil different client needs and objectives . Manage and oversee the Spa operations, including staff management, scheduling appointments, and ensuring exceptional customer service Perform spa treatments, including massages, facials, and body wraps, to a high standard of quality Develop and implement spa programs and promotions to drive revenue and enhance the guest experience Maintain a clean and organized spa environment, ensuring all equipment and supplies are properly maintained Report any maintenance issues to Management to ensure that the Spa is always in an immaculate and welcoming condition Keep a clean and stocked room Acknowledge and respond to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations Uphold hygiene standards and follow health and safety regulations Stay up to date with industry trends and new treatments to continually enhance the spa offerings Proven work experience as a Spa Therapist Hands on experience in massage techniques, manicures, pedicures, waxing and face/body therapies. Experience with facials. Basic experience in sales (selling Spa products and services) Excellent knowledge of English language Communication and customer service skills Positive attitude Create a welcoming environment for our guest by ensuring that you are prepared for their arrival and that you offer refreshments like, tea, coffee, water etc. User level computer skills Market related plus 10% comm
