SPA THERAPIST (all-rounder)

CAMPS BAY - Atlantic Seaboard, Western Cape (ZA)

START: 01 June 2024 / A.S.A.P

TRADING HOURS & SHIFTS

• Monday – Sunday (including public holidays)
• 09:00 - 18:00
• Rotate open & close + days off

REPORT TO: Spa Manager

REMUNERATION & COMPANY BENEFITS

• R8,500 Basic per month (based on experience & skills)
• 10% Service Commission
• 10% - 15% Retail Commission (sliding scale)
• Excellent earning potential
• Staff meal - on duty
• Company transport (from Cape Town CBD)

QUALIFICATIONS & MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

1. South African citizen Or valid working permit for employment in SA
2. Matric
3. CIDESCO / ITEC
4. Diploma obtained from an accredited training provider
5. Fit and healthy to perform therapies back to back
6. Beautifully groomed and highly presentable

EXPERIENCE:

1. Previous spa experience (5* hotel spa / cruise ship or 5* day spa)
2. At least 1 year industry experience after graduation

SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

1. Confident and skilled in all standard Spa & Beauty services including Skin Care, Body Care, Manicure & Pedicure, etc.
2. Ability to effectively prescribe relevant home care to clients accordingly
3. Confidently re-book clients where applicable
4. Strong team dynamic, but able to work on your own without supervision
