Job Title: Spares AdvisorLocation: Montague Gardens, Cape TownJob ID: 6171582972Our Client is currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Spares Advisor at their Appliances and Electronic Manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and excellent customer service skills to assist customers with their spare parts needs. Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide information on available spare parts- Process orders for spare parts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery to customers- Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory and update inventory levels as needed- Work closely with suppliers to source spare parts and negotiate pricing- Provide technical support and assistance to customers in identifying the correct spare parts for their equipment- Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely mannerQualifications:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred- Strong technical knowledge and understanding of spare parts and equipment- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills- Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively- Proficient in Microsoft Office applicationsContact RPO Recruitment for your next career opportunity.
