Our client in the manufacturing and distrubution of major domestic appliances is looking for a Spares advisor for thier branch in Cape town. Achieving the branch spares sales budget. Ensuring tele-selling to customers. Process picking list for sales orders. Pick and pack spares. Capture sales orders on SAP computer system. Maintaining and following up on customer backorders. Attend to customer queries and complaints. Assist Technicians with spares related enquiries Monitor outstanding orders daily, liaise with warehouse and buyers. Stock control, including cycle counting, receiving, ordering and dispatching stock are all included in the responsibilities. Assist in document filing. Provide support to service department. The ideal applicant will be a matriculant who is fully conversant with the appliance range of spares. Good technical parts interpretation. General office and administration skills along with computer literacy (Excel and Word). Telephone etiquette. Working knowledge of SAP will be a distinct advantage. R12000
