Furthermore, the Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing high quality and effective learning solutions, using a variety of media. •Conduct training needs analysis by engaging the business •Consolidate and analyse Personal Development Plans and information obtained from the business •Rank identified training needs per order of priority (as informed by business plan) •Verify the consolidated training needs with business unit •A graduate qualification in Human Resources with specialization in Learning and Development or Training •Experience with Bankseta and a good understanding of the Bankseta processes. •8 years' experience in People & Culture Learning
