Principal Responsibilities: Customer interaction: Full order management and fulfillment responsibility for both existing and new businesses. Utilize in-depth knowledge of E&PP customer processes, requirements, and personnel to independently resolve problems and develop the lowest-cost solutions to customer needs. Make decisions as needed off-hours or without supervision to ensure an uninterrupted supply of products to customers. Proactively develop the knowledge of customer needs and characteristics to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty within the auspices of the departmental goal of First Call Solutions. Accurately incorporate all customer-specific requirements within SAP eCOA management Responsible for entering key certificates of analysis results from multiple ASU sites for key customers into proprietary customer systems. Working with IS and ASU sites to organize data to be transferred Reconciliation of eCOA's against GOLD (delivery) data and confirming within GOLD COA provided to customers Bulk surcharge and Force Majeure updates/letter generation Generate bulk surcharges notifications and distribute to customers, sales and SAP Admin team on timely basis Review SAP to ensure surcharges are accurately captured Generate Force Majeure Letters and distribute to customers, sales and SAP Admin team on timely basis. IO Billing/Tracker Updates Process bulk internal orders in SAP for billing Update and maintain IO Tracker for FICO and management Monthly review with FICO to maintain accurate and timely billings Order processing Assist CS team in order entry for Laser Gas customers Review of open orders to maintain accurate billing information for SAP SAP Reporting Maintain and produce SAP reports such as weekly block order Various reporting in SAP as needed Assist the Commercial Teams in Managing quotes, Proposal preparations and Accounts Receivable reconciliations to improve cash collection. Work with the new Laser Gas plant in the process set up systems as they come online. Help coordinate stocking levels at Messer-controlled sites Qualifications: High School Degree Minimum of 1-year experience in the Gas Industry, semiconductor manufacturing, and /or customer service experience.
