Reference: HC003032-Moipo-1Job Title: Specialist - IT Project Manager (Perm) Description:Purpose: The Specialist - IT Projects will be responsible for identifying, planning, managing, tracking, reporting, and effectively communicating on all IT projects within the organization.Duties & Responsibilities: Calculate value over time to contribute to company objectives. Understand company strategic objectives to identify areas where IT can provide significant impact. Liaise with business stakeholders to gather requirements for new systems or updates to existing systems. Collaborate with developers to ensure clear understanding of business requirements. Provide clear and comprehensive management reporting on all projects. Ensure quality planning of projects by documenting and signing off on business requirements. Develop project plans with realistic timelines and allocate appropriate resources. Manage risks associated with IT projects by identifying high-risk areas and implementing mitigation plans. Provide effective leadership on IT projects by clarifying roles and accountability within the team and delivering projects on time and within budget. Communicate regularly with stakeholders and provide timely feedback to business, developers, and management. Manage project scope effectively by documenting and measuring scope changes. Requirements:Formal Education: IT Diploma or relevant project management qualification Experience: 3-5 years of experience in IT and/or Project Management Moiponehumankindgroup.co.za
