Our team is growing again and we are looking for individuals to join our PWD/GLI Recruitment Division at Tych. Responsibilities: Secure new business through to grow the division and gain market share Networking digitally Strong social media presence and ability to grow networks in this space platforms Engaging with the candidates Shortlisting, screening and headhunting of suitable candidates Preparing the CVs for submission Coordinating interviews or regrets Negotiating and extending any offers up to final placement stage Working on both skilled and unskilled disability opportunities as well as graduate/learner/intern vacancies Requirements: Must have a strong social media presence (Advantageous) Be willing to learn and grow with marketing and sales with client onboarding Ability to connect with disability organisations and training institutions Excellent communicator and passionate about supporting persons with disabilities and learners/interns and grads secure employment The role is well suited for someone who wants to gain industry experience and build a career in recruitment This is a work from home position, you would need to be setup with - own laptop, internet access, phone access and MS Office.
