About UsWe are an ISP and Telecommunications company.
Job Duties:- Perform fibre optic splicing in both outdoor and indoor settings
- Conduct quality checks on spliced fibres using OTDR equipment
- Troubleshoot and repair fibre optic cables as needed
- Coordinate with other team members to ensure timely completion of projects
- Splicing Certificate
- Experience working with fibre optics in a telecommunications environment
A splicing certificate or equivalent qualification in fibre optics
Experience:Prior experience working with fibre optics in a telecommunications setting
Knowledge and Skills:- Proficiency in fibre optic splicing techniques
- Understanding of OTDR equipment and its applications
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Additional certifications in fibre optic technology
- Experience with splicing in a variety of environments
Work will primarily be conducted outdoors and in various weather conditions. Must be able to lift and carry heavy equipment as needed.
