Requirements: Minimum of 5 years' experience in spray painting and hold a spray-painting qualification (trade test required) Extensive knowledge of painting techniques, colour matching and refinishing processes Valid driver's license Good communication skills Responsibilities: Perform preparation works and vehicle spray painting jobs Sand down, cleaning of vehicle, preparing auto parts and other car components prior to performing spray painting job Administer mixing of colours to ensure colour matching on all new and old vehicle body applications Carry out spray painting and polishing works in accordance with Company's SOP Maintain consistent high quality of work performance Ensuring equipment is kept clean after each day to ensure it is ready for the next job.
