Purpose Of The Job: One of the worlds most respected Aircraft Manufacturers (Light Aviation), require a knowledgeable and experienced Spray Shop Polisher, to join their amazing Team Key Responsibilities: Execute plan as per daily polishing schedule and ensure consumables needed is ordered prior to start of daily tasks Preparing aircraft components for paint application/touch up by means of masking, sanding, buffing, and polishing Inspect all components for any damages or defects before and after the polishing process to ensure that there are room for failures post polishing Buff and polish all components to a high gloss level using specialized tools and equipment Remove scratches, swirl marks, and other imperfections from the painted surface and ensure compliance within Sling Aircrafts quality standards Apply wax, sealants, and other protective coatings to enhance the appearance and longevity of the aircraft components finish Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of tasks Ensure adherence and completion of traceability document upon start and completion of any component Keep all equipment and areas clean Ensure all Hazardous waste (solid and liquid) is stored and handled correctly.
