You’ll be responsible for various stock-related functions on Abaca, including checking incoming and outgoing trucks, compiling delivery notes, handling full stock functions from receipting to issuing, invoicing, and conducting stock takes. A Stock Administrator with high energy, tenacity, and resilience, along with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively, is required Advanced Excel skills are essential for handling various data-related tasks, and the ability to manage high volumes of bulk and item picking is crucial. Familiarity with Warehouse Management Systems will be an advantage. If you hold a Grade 12 qualification and have a minimum of 2 years’ relevant stock administration experience, send us a copy of your CV.
