Stock Controller | Kramerville | High End Retail Brand - Johannesburg
High End Retail Brand is seeking an experienced STOCK CONTROLLER to join their team in Kramerville, Sandton. The Stock Controller will be looking after 3 High End Retail Brands and be required to travel to 7 stores on a regular basis.
Stock Controller duties and responsibilities to include but not limited to:
- Cleanliness and tidiness of the working office environment
- Admin and Filling
- Stock Takes, Transfers, Adjustments, Quoting, Invoicing, Customer Accounts, Pricing and Amendments, Customer Deals & Discounts
- Stock Take Losses and Customer Account updates
- Weekly Reports
- Shipping and Account Management
- Booking all collections between the stores and follow ups on ETAs and deliveries
- Seasonal Stock Drop Planning
- Wholesale Stock Drop Planning
- Store Visits and Weekly Maintenance Checks per store
- Managing stock replenishment weekly
- Stock takes weekly to double check and balance stock levels
- Maintenance and upkeep of the store with the regionals
Requirements:
- A combination of or equivalent to the completion of post-secondary education
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Stock Controller / Similar role, preferably in the High-End fashion / apparel / footwear brand environment
- Proficient in Microsoft applications
- Strong problem-solving skills and proven ability to use your own initiative
- Knowledge and ability to effectively apply company strategy / policy / procedure at store level
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Ability of manage a functional team
- GO-GETTER attitude and positive outlook on life
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, written and verbal
- Good report writing
- High level of organisation
- Good interpersonal skills
- Motivational skills
- Mentoring skills
- Valid Drivers licence and own vehicle - travelling is required
Salary: R22,500 - R27,500 Net (based on experience)
