Requirements:- Grade 12 / Matric
- Tertiary qualification in either Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Proficiency in inventory management software, Zoho Desk and Microsoft Office
- Proven experience in stock management in a retail or ecommerce environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Duties will include, but not limited to:
- Manage stock orders for online sales from shopstock suppliers and create CRM cards accordingly.
- Coordinate stock orders for stores.
- Verify all received invoices for accuracy in items, pricing, and quantities.
- Update procurement tickets on Zoho Desk based on order progress.
- Receive and book stock, ensuring accurate pricing and quantities.
- Organize quarterly stocktakes for stores and online warehouse.
- Ensure accurate stocktakes and complete counting before generating reports.
- Negotiate better pricing with suppliers to optimize costs.
- Collect daily stock for online orders from stores and transfer using the Vend system.
- Generate Vend reports to support monthly sales setup.
- Correct supplier and inventory data in the Vend system.
- Regularly audit stock values in Vend for accuracy.
- Identify and on board new suppliers.
- Create and manage stock uploading tickets for new suppliers.
- Print and apply stickers for all stock going to stores.
- Check store items for accurate and up-to-date pricing, printing new stickers when necessary.
- Ensure all store items are priced with stickers.
- Ensure all booked invoices are logged in the stock management tracker.
- Print stickers as requested.
- Ensure Vend accuracy in all aspects of stock management.
