Store Administrator (Live-in) - Thabazimbi

Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
  • Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable.
  • Good general knowledge of food and beverage products.
  • Micros (Product Management) System experience essential.
  • Previous Bookkeeping / Accounting experience would be an advantage.
  • Strong administration, management, and leadership skills.
  • Must be able to work under pressure.
  • Must be a motivated self-starter.
  • Accurate and reliable.
  • Polite, friendly person with a strong personality who can think on their feet.
  • Well-spoken and well-presented individual.
  • Must have grade 12 and be computer literate.
Responsibilities:
  • To assist with the ordering, receiving, issuing, storage, and inventory.
  • To be responsible for daily stock counts of various areas/stock.
  • To be responsible for proper documentation of all merchandise entering or leaving the store area.
  • Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of all storage areas.
  • To report on variances and take follow-up action.
Salary:
R15 000
