Requirements: - Minimum of 5 years relevant experience.
- Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable.
- Good general knowledge of food and beverage products.
- Micros (Product Management) System experience essential.
- Previous Bookkeeping / Accounting experience would be an advantage.
- Strong administration, management, and leadership skills.
- Must be able to work under pressure.
- Must be a motivated self-starter.
- Accurate and reliable.
- Polite, friendly person with a strong personality who can think on their feet.
- Well-spoken and well-presented individual.
- Must have grade 12 and be computer literate.
Responsibilities: - To assist with the ordering, receiving, issuing, storage, and inventory.
- To be responsible for daily stock counts of various areas/stock.
- To be responsible for proper documentation of all merchandise entering or leaving the store area.
- Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of all storage areas.
- To report on variances and take follow-up action.
Salary:R15 000
