Reference: PE000855-M -1Our client is seeking a Store Administrator to join their establishment. (Live-in) Requirements: Minimum of 5 years relevant experience. Formal hospitality degree/diploma preferable. Good general knowledge of food and beverage products. Micros (Product Management) System experience essential. Previous Bookkeeping / Accounting experience would be an advantage. Strong administration, management, and leadership skills. Must be able to work under pressure. Must be a motivated self-starter. Accurate and reliable. Polite, friendly person with a strong personality who can think on their feet. Well-spoken and well-presented individual. Must have grade 12 and be computer literate. Responsibilities: To assist with the ordering, receiving, issuing, storage, and inventory. To be responsible for daily stock counts of various areas/stock. To be responsible for proper documentation of all merchandise entering or leaving the store area. Maintain the tidiness and cleanliness of all storage areas. To report on variances and take follow-up action. Salary:R15 000Live-In with 3 meals a day included R15 000 - R15 000 - Monthly plus Live-in Apply Now
