Store Manager - Lansdowne

Food manufacturing company is seeking to employ a suitably qualified and experienced candidate to fill the role of a Store Manager.You will be responsible for all planning aspects within the production department. You will work closely with Supply Chain, Customer Service and the Director. Main responsibilities:Set up production plan and material needs in relation to the production capacity of the plant and the customer's requirements.Manage the stock levels of raw materials and other components necessary to complete the production, storage and shipping requirements and conduct regular cycle counts.Work closely with the Production Manager to execute the daily production plan, ensuring efficient scheduling and adapting to changes as needed.Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement activities.Minimum requirements:Relevant degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Logistics or Operations is essential.Minimum of 3 years proven experience as a Store Manager in a manufacturing environment.Forklift license.Desired skills & abilities:Excellent communication is essential.Fluent in English is essential.Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to work effectively in a diverse team environment.Ability to work independently and take initiative when needed.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.Strong leadership and accountability abilities are essential.Positive attitude and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.To apply, please send your CV with your salary expectations to dispatchhqfoods.co.za Apply Now
